ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner circulated a letter dated 10.09.2015 along with the Memorandum of Settlement u/s.12[3] of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 entered into between the Management and employee and prayed for withdrawal of this writ petition. 2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 10.09.2015 by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the Registry seeking withdrawal, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Memorandum of Settlement enclosed along with the letter requesting for withdrawal, shall form part of the record. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
