ORDER

The defendant in O.S.No.442 of 2014, on the file of District Munsif Court, Perambalur has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the trial court to dispose of the applications in I.A.Nos.1622/2014, 1667/2014, 1668/2014 and 1807 of 2014 within a stipulated time. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the applications are pending for a long time, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any thing with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif, Perambalur to dispose of the applications in I.A.Nos.1622/2014, 1667/2014, 1668/2014 and 1807 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is
