W.P.No.12651 of 2023 : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order dated 16.02.2023 in refusal No.RFl/ Pennagaram/35/2023 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent herein to register the Release Deed dated 14.02.2023 executed in favour of the petitioners and releasing it to the petitioners within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

W.P.No.12653 of 2023 : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order dated 16.02.2023 in refusal No.RFl/ Pennagaram/37/2023 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent herein to register the Release Deed dated 14.02.2023 executed in favour of the petitioners and releasing it to the petitioner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
