ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as imposed by this Court in its order dated 30.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1294 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28584 of 2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28584 of 2024 by the order dated 15.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.1294 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28584 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025 is relaxed.
