Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

2.This Court by an order dated 04.02.2019, directed the District Munsif, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.490 of 2015 on or before 31.07.2019. Since the Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee requested three months time to comply with the order of this Court vide letter dated 29.11.2019.

3. In view of the above, three months time is extended to comply with the order of this Court dated 04.02.2019. The Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.490 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 09.03.2020 ms D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.
