This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2019 within a stipulated period and file a report before this Court and permit the petitioner to run the vehicle namely Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 31 AE 6062 made by Ashok Leyland Chassis No.MBIG3DYC6BECG6700 and Engine No.BCEZ401655 with permit and fitness certificate.

prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
