ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to change the classification of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition from 'Fl;il' to 'fpzW'.

2. Earlier the very same petitioner has approached this Court by filing W.P.No.25999 of 2024 for the very same relief. In the said writ petition, by order dated 27.01.2026, this Court had directed the fifth respondent in this writ petition to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation for change of classification within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The petitioner now contends that the competent authority to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation is the first respondent and not the fifth respondent. The petitioner also contends that the fifth respondent has already submitted his recommendation to the third respondent, who in turn, had submitted his recommendation to the first respondent. According to the petitioner, till date, no final orders have been passed by the first respondent on the petitioner's representation for change of classification.

4. The petitioner has approached this Court even without waiting for the deadline fixed by this Court in its order dated 27.01.2026 passed in W.P.No.25999 of 2024. Therefore, the question of directing the first respondent to pass final orders within the time frame to be fixed by this Court does not arise. The only limited relief that can be granted to the petitioner is to direct the first respondent to pass orders as expeditiously as possible.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation seeking for change of classification of the lands morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition from 'Fl;il' to 'fpzW' based on the recommendation of the third respondent as expeditiously as possible.
