ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the 19th respondent temple for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims to be an ardent devotee of the 19th respondent temple. He submits that the subject property belongs to the 19th respondent temple. The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta for the subject property in the name of the 19th respondent temple. He had given a representation to the respondents on 23.12.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the 19th respondent temple. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 13th respondent, who is the competent authority to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, would submit on instructions that pursuant to the representations __________Page 3 of 6

given by the petitioner as well as the 19th respondent temple, the 13th respondent is in the process of passing final orders on such representations. He would submit that if sufficient time is granted, the 13th respondent will pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the 13th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024 seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the 19th respondent temple, after hearing all the necessary parties whom the 13th respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
