C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.03.2016 made in I.A.Nos.302 & 303 of 2015 in O.S.Nos.1540 & 1542 of 2005 respectively, on the file of the learned III Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has filed a separate Memo for both the Civil Revision Petition dated 02.02.2022 stating that the trial in these petitions have already been commenced in the suit, the relief sought in these petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions.
3. The above said Memo dated 02.02.2022 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners has been taken on record. Page No.2 of 4
4. In view of the above Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.Nos.14902 and 14903 of 2016 are also dismissed.
