Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders which was passed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.7854 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.16358/2020 by an order dated 16.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BHAGYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16358 of 2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for interrogation.
