ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2016.
2. Perusal of the said representation reveals that there is a Civil dispute between the parties and the Civil dispute is between the petitioner and the sixth respondent. Under these circumstances, High Court cannot issue any direction to consider the representation as the civil rights of the parties are to be crystallized by approaching the competent Court of law.
3. This being the factum, either of the parties are at liberty to approach the competent Court of law for the purpose of redressal of their grievances in the manner known to law.
4. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
