2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in crime No.449 of 2014 has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, on 27.01.2015.
