ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for consideration of the representation dated 09.03.2022 made by the petitioner regarding encroachment on the Government land. 2.No record has been produced by the petitioner to show that in which survey number, the encroachment has been made by the private respondents and further no document has been produced to prove that such land belongs to the Government. Thus, the writ petition has been filed without proper narration of facts and submission of relevant document in support of the pleadings, if any.

3.In view of the above, we find that the writ petition suffers from non-reference and also non-production of documents. Hence, the writ petition fails and, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
