ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.326 of 2019, pending on the file of XIX Special Sessions Court, Singaravelar Maligai Complex.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already PW.1 and PW.2 have been examined and the case is posted for examination of LW-3 and LW-4.

3.In view of the above development, there is no scope for quashing the proceedings at this stage. It is left open to the petitioners to workout their remedy by raising all the grounds before the Court below. The Court below is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
