kas 2.The petitioner's grievance is that a certain Tahira Begum has obtained a legal heir certificate for her husband as if she is his widow and has also executed some documents on the strength of this legal heir certificate and has approached the 1st respondent to cancel the said legal heir certificate. 3.Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Special Government Pleader has taken notice for the 1st respondent.
4.This Court now requires the 1st respondent to dispose of the complaint / representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2022 after holding an enquiry and hear all those who are likely to be affected by his intended decision and dispose of the same within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of an online copy or the date on which the order is hosted in the official website, whichever is earlier.
