CRIME NO.12 OF 2017 2 O.NOORUDEEN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed (i.e) the petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police at 10.30 a.m. every month of 1st day for until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.16988 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1066 of 2018 dated 12.12.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 24.08.2018, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition have been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 24.08.2018 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
