C.M.P.No.8181 of 2023 in C.M.A.Sr.No.101332 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 188 days in payment of Deficit Court fees in the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.101332 of 2022.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 188 days in payment of Deficit Court fees is condoned .

3. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
