This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents from conducting lottery for the petitioner's shop bearing R83, in the ground floor of the Madhavaram Bus Depot as allotment was already given and commenced business since 10.05.2020 by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
