When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents submitted that the total amount due under 1/4

the Government Free Housing Scheme has already been paid and there is no amount due to be paid to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions from the Petitioner.

The learned counsel for the third respondent was kind enough to show the bank statement evidencing the further release of fund to the petitioner. Hence, there cannot be any grievance for the petitioner. The petitioner herself appears not to show any interest in pursuing the matter by duly instructing her counsel.
