ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, the respondent bank to consider the petitioner's loan application submitted 1/4

during January 2022 and further direct the respondent Bank to grant the educational loan a sum of Rs.2,85,000/- to the petitioner's son.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's son is studying in Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology at Sholinganalur, Chennai. Subsequently, the petitioner made applications dated 02.06.2022 and 06.09.2022 before the respondent seeking educational term loan for her son for a sum of Rs,2,85,000/- with the respondent Bank. But the same has not yet been considered. Hence the writ petition is filed.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.06.2022 and 06.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.06.2022 and 06.09.2022 2/4

on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
