This petition is filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned counsel for the first respondent. Despite notice having been served and the name and address of the second respondent have been mentioned in the cause-title, none appears on behalf of the second respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 87 days in filing the appeal stands condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
