ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 17.07.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.728 of 2015, before the respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. The petitioner is also directed to give a wound certificate to the respondent Police.
