PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 13.02.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.12265/AA1/2014 by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give original seniority as if this petitioner was promoted as leading fireman in the year 2008-2009 and include the petitioner's name in between S.Venkatachalam LF 393 (who is placed in 52nd position) and P.Thangavel LF 448 (who is placed in 53rd position) in the revised seniority list of leading fireman for the year 2014-2015 with all service benefits including monetary benefits.

This writ petition is filed seeking for a certiorarified mandamus to quash the order dated 13.02.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.12265/AA1/2014 by the second respondent and direct the respondents to give original seniority as if this petitioner was promoted as leading fireman in the year 2008-2009 and include the petitioner's name in between S.Venkatachalam LF 393 (who is placed in 52nd position) and P.Thangavel LF 448 (who is placed in 53rd Page No.2 of 4

position) in the revised seniority list of leading fireman for the year 20142015 with all service benefits including monetary benefits. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner is present and reported that the case has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
