This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police B-10, Selvapuram Police Station, Coimbatore to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register a case. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
