(Order of the Court was delivered by Nooty.Ramamohana Rao,J.) Pursuant to the notice issued by us to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Police at Ramapuram, Chennai, have caused the production of the petitioner's father and the alleged detenue, his daughter, by name Ashwathi.

2. After interacting with both of them, we are satisfied that no further orders are needed to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition, as the girl has returned home and her father is now taking care of her.
