ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to investigate the Crime No.483 of 2015 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the FIR in this case was registered only on 28.02.2015 for offences under Sections 170 & 420 Cr.P.C. Under such circumstances, this Court cannot issue a time bound direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.483 of 2015. However the respondent Police is directed to conduct the investigation expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
