This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register the complaint based on the petitioners' complaint dated 09.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 09.06.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 04.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
