Abdul Owais and 3.Abdul Ghyas vide CSR No.470/2015 dated 19.05.2015 and investigate the matter and file a report within a stipulated time as fixed by this court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to enquire and register FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner against 1.Shakeel Ahmed, 2.Abdul Owais and 3.Abdul Ghyas vide CSR No.470/2015 dated 19.05.2015 and investigate the matter and file a report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.470 of 2015, before the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
