This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 21.08.2024, wherein the petitioner is seeking for sub division of the subject property and for issuance of separate patta in favour of the petitioner in the sub divided property. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 21.08.2024 and to pass necessary orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
