The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.05.2020 for the offences under Sections 4(1)(i) r/w 4(1A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act altered into 4(1)(i) 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A)(ii) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.298 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been detained as Boot Legger under Preventive Detention in C2/42/2020.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed.
