O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint dated 15.10.2014 in the City Crime Branch Commissioner of Police and investigate the case by arresting the said persons and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the accused in this case have impersonated the original owners and have registered Powers of Attorney and sale deeds with impunity. The petitioners have been giving complaints since 2014 and ultimately, now it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners himself that a case in Cr.No.288 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 419, 467, 468, 420, 471 r/w 120 B IPC has been registered. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite registration of FIR, the accused are creating encumbrances on the property.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent police to expeditiously conduct investigation and take all necessary steps to see that the properties are not further alienated.
