O R D E R

(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) The above petitions have been filed complaining that the order dated 25.7.2017 made in WA Nos.1409, 1411, 1410, 1407 & 1408 of 2016 respectively has not been complied with.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court, by order dated 25.7.2017 made in WA Nos.1409, 1411, 1410, 1407 & 1408 of 2016, observed that the respondent may consider the case of the petitioners herein for accommodating them in the post of Noon Meal Organiser, if it is otherwise possible. It appears that the respondent, by order dated 31.8.2017, informed that as per G.O.Ms.No.163, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Scheme Department, dated 18.8.2010, eligible persons alone will be appointed and that the case of the petitioners would be considered for appointment, if they have already applied and if they are eligible, in the existing vacancies at

4. The order passed by the respondent is in compliance of our order dated 25.7.2017 made in WA Nos.1409, 1411,

1410, 1407 & 1408 of 2016. Therefore, we do not see any contempt on the part of the respondent. Accordingly, these contempt petitions are closed.
