O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 9.7.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 09.07.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.07.2015.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
