This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the appeal CMA.SR41456 of 2021.

The respondents have been duly served. The first respondent has remained exparte and the name of the second respondent has been printed in the cause list today.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for. However, it is made clear that the Appellant/claimant is not entitled for any interest for the delay period of 13 days.

Registry is directed to number the application if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
