ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 05.05.2015 by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
