ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of investigation pursuant to the summons dated 04.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that there is no petition or enquiry is pending as against the petitioner herein.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
