ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C. later altered to 306 IPC in Cr.No.186 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the case has been initially registered for the offence under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C and later altered to Section 306 of IPC. Hence, this petition is not maintainable.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public prosecutor, this petition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
