2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, Mr.P.Ramesh, Inspector of Police, R.K.Pet Police Station is present.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits that investigation in crime No.22 of 2010 completed and final report has been filed in CC.No.62 of 2015 for offences under Section 147, 148, 294[B], 324, 506[ii] IPC before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallipet.
