This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed by the applicant/7th defendant to set aside the ex-parte order dated 05.04.2022 passed in the above suit along with the written statement.

2. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit for the reliefs sought for in this application are satisfied and also considering the fact that the respondents have not raised any objections, this application is allowed

and the ex-part order passed by this Court 05.04.2022 is set aside.

3. Since, issues were already framed on 05.04.2022, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Master for recording evidence and list the matter before this Court after recording evidence.

4. The Master is directed to submit the report along with the depositions and documents marked, if any.
