ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections Sections 8(c) r/w 22(b), 23(b) and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.286 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 3 grams of Methamphetamine. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only based on the confession statement, the petitioner was implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no previous cases pending against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this is the third anticipatory bail application and that there is no change in circumstances.

5. I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, as he was allegedly involved in an offence under NDPS Act, and considering that there is no change in circumstances from the earlier application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
