ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for the act of contempt of the Court by willfully and wantonly violating the order passed by this Court on 26.02.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.4771 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.12.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 04.05.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report dated 04.05.2018, in accordance with law, if he so choses to do. 05.10.2018 jbm Index: Yes/No
