PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to direct the learned Sub ordinate Judge, Katpadi to dispose the suit pending on its file in O.S.No.32 of 2022 with in a time limit prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

Seeking an early disposal of O.S.No.32 of 2022 on the file of the Sub ordinate Judge, Katpadi, the petitioner is before this Court. 1/5

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit has been pending for trial since 11.01.2024. Hence, he sought for speedy disposal of the above suit. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he has no objection for the same. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the records. 4.Considering the fact that the matter has been pending for trial since 11.01.2024 and that the respondent has no objection, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Subordinate Judge, Katpadi, is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.32 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
