The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the 3rd accused who is the petitioner herein has been acquitted vide Judgement order dated 17.11.2021 passed by the learned I Additional Sessions Court, Chennai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
