CRIME NO.136 OF 2016 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in bail order that to para-15(C) the petitioner shall appear before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m., until completion of trial in SC.NO.108 of 2018 In Crl.OP.No.21286 of 2021 dated on 24/01/2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SUBADRA DEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition 15(c) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21286 of 2021 dated 24.01.2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions of this Court vide order dated 24.01.2022.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court as and when required for interrogation.
