The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to the petitioner to prefer the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 15.02.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, (FAC) Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Coonoor in S.T.C.No.16 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
