The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.14 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that totally there are two previous cases pending against this petitioner and prays for dismissal of this petition.
