O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.,) The petitioner has filed a complaint against the 4th respondent before the State Human Rights Commission. The complaint was not taken on file. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to number the complaint and dispose of the same on merits.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the complaint was taken on file in S.H.R.C.No.9742 of 2018. Subsequently, the Commission called for the records from the Sivagangai District on 12.03.2019. According to the learned counsel, the State Human Rights Commission is now ceased of the matter.

3. We direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the complaint preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
