Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 4th respondent in connection with the order passed in Ref.Ka.No.945)1_/2014/O/dated 19.05.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to compensate the petitioner to the extent of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) - for unauthorisedly removing the hoardings and causing loss to the petitioner, by the 4th respondent on 12.05.2015 and consequently
direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to put up the hoardings as per the licence granted in favour of the petitioner by the 1st respondent in proceedings L.No.1/2013/C2 dated 17.01.2013 as it will be valid upto 31.03.2016.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The hoardings having been handed to the petitioner in pursuance to the order dated 19.06.2015. It appears that another cause of action has arisen since fresh permission was given by respondent No.4, but once again respondent No.3 cancelled the same and that could be the matter to be agitated in a fresh writ petition.
2. In so far as the controversy about payment of cost by the petitioner to the respondents for removal of the hoardings is concerned for which Rs.11,188/- was claimed, the learned Additional Government Pleader states that closure can be given to this issue and no amount is due on this account.
3. The said statement is taken on record.
