This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 30.03.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.550 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Sankari.

2.Respondents 1 to 3 have been served with notice. The 1st respondent is represented through counsel. The names of respondents 2 & 3 have been printed in the cause list. Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and 1st respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 34 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the 1st respondent & 4th respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
