Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for an issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st Respondent issued in Proceedings No.E1(2)/32502/2009 dated 18.02.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to transfer the amount at the credit of the Petitioner's account relating to GPF and SPF account to the 3rd Respondent University. ORDER
The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent-Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, made a submission that the service records and other particulars of the Writ Petitioner has been sent to the Registrar, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli in letter dated 20.09.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proportionate contributions in respect of the services rendered by the Writ Petitioner in Dr.M.G.R. Medical University also to be transferred to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. However, it is contended by the learned counsel for the respondents that the said grievances are also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
redressed and suitable arrangements are made in this regard. However, if any grievances exist for the Writ Petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents for appropriate remedy. 3.With these observations the Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition also stands closed.
